Key Responsibilities
Manage Data Flow, Product data entry, integrity and maintenance across various platforms and systems:
Manage seasonal data flow and timeline, communicating to various team members
Support coordination between different divisions on deadlines and consolidations
Complete style definition for APAC across all PFS
In-season management – Promotion & Markdowns / product returns (PSR) / season code updates
Pre-season management – Recode season upload / pricing upload / Track price changes
Supporting category team on systems related inputs, updates, report generation, sample management, picture management
Work with Allocation on Price Establishment
Coordinate with Buying, Production and Supply Chain teams for data accuracy and maintenance.
Create, maintain master table – sizing (size offerings and china sizing), Asia hierarchy, color
Aid team’s ad hoc requests and reports
Requirements
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Highly organized, detail-oriented and accurate work output with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and able to prioritize work based on broader business needs
Very comfortable working on a computer and in various systems
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop as well as be solution-oriented
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in English—verbal and written (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean a plus)
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
