OBJECTIVE

Partnering with the Human Resources Manager on all aspects of human resources management with particular attention to recruitment & talent acquisition with some business partnering. Support Fashion Group Thailand on the build and development of brand portfolio from the human resources management angle by scooping the best talents for the different maisons in Thailand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment (50%)

Responsible for recruitment needs for all retail positions, from job posting, pre-screen, interviews and recommendations to line managers, as well as offer extension and onboarding

Review recruitment process and make necessary recommendations to ensure expectations are met and recruitment lead time is managed at the right level of efficiency and effectiveness are achieved

Manage initial recruitment process for core retail roles to allow harmonization across all Fashion Group brands in SEAO (Eg: Job posting (internal & external) and internal mobility initiatives)

Relationship management with search firms including terms negotiation

Collaborate with the talent team based in Singapore for all talent acquisition initiatives

Talent Management (30%)

Take lead in all campus recruitment initiatives

Contribute employer brand building from visibility building to marketing of Fashion Group

Participate in career meetings for succession planning and talent development purposes

Talent Development (20%)

In charge of training needs analysis from both employee and business perspectives, and proposals of training programs

Take part in all training coordination

Be the trainer for onboarding induction

Source, recommend and plan suitable external training and development programs together with the talent team based in Singapore

PROFILE

University graduate in any business or science discipline

6 years of experience in human resources management with at least 3 years specialized in recruitment/talent acquisition from the retail industry

Excellent communications and stakeholder management

Ability to influence, organized and good analytical skills

Meticulous and attentive to details

Agile and resilient, able to work in a fast paced and Strong agility to manage a fast paced and matrix organisation

Fluent in English and Thai
