Job Requirements
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Develop annual sales strategy and achieve defined goals
- Leverage sales tools to identify and nurture prospects
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership
- Source leads through direct methods and independently close sales for allotted projects
- Identify and develop new partnerships and tie-ups
- Maintain customer registration documentation and related paperwork
- Create and maintain a database of channel partners and expand the CP network
- Conduct partner visits and train their teams
- Ensure regular follow-ups with customers to achieve sales targets
- Maintain MIS records of channel performance
- Comply with company guidelines and defined processes
- Adhere to project timelines under dynamic market conditions
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
- Undertake process improvement activities within the work area
- Travel extensively for market mapping (reiki) and new CP empanelment
- Work on weekends (week-offs will be provided on weekdays)

8–10 years
