We are looking for someone with a passion for style and custom menswear to join the team in our Corona showroom as the Assistant Manager.
This is not your typical showroom or retail sales job! No stocking shelves, pulling sizes, folding clothes or counting inventory.

Previous menswear and management experience is definitely preferred but not necessary. We will invest in your training and teach you everything you need to know to be successful such as measuring and suit design. This role reports to the showroom manager but will also have close interaction with the owners. Top performers will have lots of opportunities for career growth.
Skills/Responsibilities:
* The Assistant Manager will be supporting the Showroom Manager in employee management/training, client escalations, as well as order management. In addition they will also be meeting with clients and have the ability to make commission.
● The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing first-class service to both new and existing clients. You will be meeting with them individually, to personalize their experience, as you help them design their perfect suit.
● The Assistant Manager will assist the client in selecting fabric, buttons, lining, and all other accessories needed to complete the finished look. You will be fully trained in how to measure and assess alterations to ensure the perfect fit.
● The ideal candidate will have a creative sense of fashion. Must have the knowledge and the ability to blend styles that flow well.
● Must have a keen awareness of various color coordination when accessorizing is needed.
● Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills; operate in a “customer first” mindset
● Reliable/Punctual
● Will be responsible for collecting content in showroom for social media accounts
● Must be comfortable in social environments for promotional events, etc…

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques
- Experience in Custom Menswear a plus but not required
- An Eye for Style and Fashion
