Realta is partnering with a leading luxury retailer in Dublin City Centre to hire an Assistant Manager for a high-performing Luxury Watches department. This is a step-up role for a strong luxury sales professional – especially someone with high end watch experience who wants to move into leadership.
Your Role
You’ll support the Department Manager in driving floor performance, coaching a well-established team, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Hands-on leadership, strong standards, commercial focus.
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day on the floor; coach “in the moment” and drive a premium service culture
- Build client relationships that supports consistent clienteling and data capture
- Manage client flow and ensure every client is acknowledged and looked after
- Drive category performance – strengthen product knowledge – improve KPIs (conversion, UPT, cross-sell)
- Support store operations; opening/closing, stock and inventory controls, policy compliance
What we’re looking for
- Luxury retail background
- Experience leading or stepping into leadership (senior sales / supervisor / team lead / assistant manager)
- Commercial mindset; understands KPIs and knows how to coach behaviours that move results
- Strong clienteling
