About Merchandising at Sephora:

Your role at Sephora:

As an Assistant Merchant, you will report into the Merchant and:

Manage brand assortments for up to 400 stores, including visual merchandising and timelines

Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

Assist in creation and execution of brand/ product strategies and product pipeline

Prepare reports and assist in analyzing the business

Partner with cross functional partners to execute on robust 360* launch strategies

Stay on top of trends, new products and brands

We’re excited about you if you have:

Minimum 2-3 years retail merchant buying office experience

Strong verbal and written communication with comfort presenting to groups

Excellent technical skills in MS office and have proficiency to learn new systems quickly

Passion and curiosity for retail, products, and trends

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment

Strong numbers aptitude and analytical skills with a drive for results

Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with many different partners

Ability to be very detail oriented
