Reporting to the Buying Manager you will be responsible for identifying, viewing, appraising and negotiating residential property investment opportunities across the North East.

You will be:

An ambitious self-starter

Experienced in property sales and negotiation and have an existing network

In possession of a car and driving licence

I.T literate

You will definitely not be:

Lazy and entitled

A Billy Bullshitter

Accepting of low-standards

Someone who cuts corners
