You enjoy mentoring and motivating your team to ensure first class customer service. As an Assistant Store manager, you will lead in day-to-day store operations which include (but not limited to): sales delivery, merchandising, hiring and training, reporting, as well as assume full responsibility of managing a store in the absence of the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach and guide your team to drive sales by delivering a seamless and memorable in-store customer experience.
  • Actively support daily store operations and assist the Store Manager with retail management duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by developing in-depth product knowledge and sharing expertise with customers.
  • Lead by example, serving as a role model and providing constructive feedback to support team growth.
  • Assist with hiring and training new staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
  • Foster a positive work environment, acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
  • Additional responsibilities as required to support business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, or a similar position.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role or equivalent leadership position.
  • Beauty and cosmetics sales experience preferred, with a passion for the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, store operations, and communication.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to support team development and performance.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing product trends, store policies, and business needs.

This job is projected to start mid April, 2026!

Starting Salary: $22.00/Hour
