JOB DESCRIPTION
The COSMEDIXEducationAssociate Director at Astral Health & Beauty is a key member of the COSMEDIX team, responsible for spearheading educational programs that promoteproduct knowledgeandcustomer engagement. This position is accountable for crafting messages for the sales team and customer experience througheducation, events, and workshops, fostering brand loyalty and satisfaction. The COSMEDIXEducationAssociate Director reports to the COSMEDIX Sales &EducationDirector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Curriculum Development & Delivery:
Develop and maintain a robusteducationcurriculum that coversproduct knowledge, industry trends, customer service, and COSMEDIX-specific training.
Implement and oversee training programs for internal teams, external partners, and skincare professionals.
Ensure that training methods are engaging, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Content Creation:
Create and update training materials, including presentations and other resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Develop and monitor all eLearning platforms for the Brand.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Create monitor, and track account visit cadence in support of regional initiatives.
Regularly assess and improve the quality of training based on feedback and data analysis.
Ensure all training materials and programs adhere to industry standards, company policies, and best practices.
Customer Experience Engagement:
Drive the enhancement of customer experiences by training skincare professionals to provide personalized skincare solutions and product recommendations.
TeamLeadership:
Lead and manage a team ofeducationand training professionals, setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement.
Collaboration &Continual Learning:
Drive the enhancement of customer experiences by training skincare professionals to provide personalized skincare solutions and product recommendations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving customer needs to ensure our training programs remain current and competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Licensed esthetician.
7+ years in the health and beauty industry with aproven track recordofleadership.
Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills to effectively engagediversestakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making andproblem solving.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing educational programs.
