We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. Duties
Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves, tailored to meet individual client needs.
Provide additional services such as hair extensions, nail care, and makeup application as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and inventory tracking.
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to offer clients the best possible service.
Qualifications
Valid barbering license or certification from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in barbering with strong skills in hair styling and cutting techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide feedback.
Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
