Role Description
This is a full-time/part time on-site role for a Hairstylist, based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments while ensuring outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients on their haircare needs, staying updated on the latest trends and techniques, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and recommending appropriate products to clients for at-home care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hair Styling, Coloring, and Hair Care techniques
- Hold a valid Cosmetology license and a strong understanding of hair treatment products
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to provide personalized consultations and style recommendations
- Dedication to maintaining a clean and safe salon environment
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and techniques
- Previous experience in a salon or related customer-facing role is preferred
