We’re looking for a skilled and personable In-House Barber to join our team and provide high-quality grooming services to our valued customers.
Job Overview: As our In-House Barber, you will be responsible for delivering excellent grooming services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves, while providing an exceptional customer experience in a retail setting. You will work closely with the retail team to ensure our clients have an enjoyable and memorable visit while shopping for products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and fostering a positive atmosphere within the store.
Keep track of appointments, service requests, and client records.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barber, with a valid barber license or certification.
Strong knowledge of haircutting techniques, beard grooming, and shaving methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a retail setting or barbershop.
Creative and proactive approach to styling.
Friendly, approachable, and confident in working with a diverse clientele.
