Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using clippers, scissors, and straight razors.
Provide additional services such as hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Mentor junior staff members and assist in their professional development.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming techniques.
Requirements
Valid barbering license or cosmetology certification.
Proficiency in hair cutting techniques, including straight razor skills.
Experience with hair extensions and makeup application is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to upsell services and products effectively.
Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and client records.
Commitment to maintaining a sanitized work environment.
