Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling for clients of all ages.
Utilize hair threading techniques as requested by clients.
Provide nail care services as part of a comprehensive grooming experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
Build rapport with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques.
Use MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.
Knowledge of color theory to provide clients with informed choices regarding their hair color.
Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is preferred but not required.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously improve skills through professional development opportunities.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
