Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired hair color results while ensuring the health of clients’ hair.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Utilize retail math skills to upsell products that complement the services provided, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and beauty to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification is required.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of color theory and techniques for various hair types.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual performance standards.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
