Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques and tools, including straight razors.
Provide eyelash extensions and other cosmetology services as needed.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles that suit their needs.
Utilize color theory to offer color treatments and highlight options effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
Assist in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
Requirements
Valid barbering license or cosmetology certification is required.
Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in using various barbering tools and techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in upselling products and services.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
