We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Lotician and/or Hair Braider, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and intricate styles while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. Perform various types of hair style techniques, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with salon standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding services offered.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair braiding and styling techniques to provide innovative services.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of products used for services, ensuring availability for clients.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
