Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor located in Minneapolis, MN for Nordstrom Mall of America! The Beauty Advisor will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product knowledge, and assist with retail sales. Daily tasks include conducting skincare consultations, recommending products, demonstrating application techniques, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
Cosmetology and Skin Care knowledge
Strong Product Knowledge and ability to stay updated with the latest beauty trends
Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
Experience in Retail Sales
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
Certification in cosmetology or a related field is preferred
