Description
The Freelance Beauty Educator’s primary responsibility is to develop long lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates. The Freelance Beauty Educator demonstrates exceptionalproduct knowledgeduring in-store visits and supports multiple brands and store locations.

Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharingproduct knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.
Complete in-store surveys after every shift.
Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
Upholdmerchandisingbrand guidelines.
Become proficient in each assigned brand by utilizing training resources provided.
Job Knowledge, Skills, Requirements
3 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.
Excellent retail selling andeducationbackground.
Experience hosting beauty retail events.
Proficient in multi-category selling.
Strongcommunicationskills.
Demonstrated passion for beauty retail, training, selling, andbuilding relationships.
Professional conduct in-store & demonstrated team player.
Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications.
Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles.
Must have a cell phone.
Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs.
