Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly
Hiring and training team members
Ongoing team training
Providing customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Maintaining a clean and organized salon
Cash handling and opening/closing the salon
Completing daily administrative tasks and tracking goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Leadership or management experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
