Responsibilities:

Plan and manage all aspects of boutique operations including but not limited to inventory control & stock allocation for selected brands; expense control & loss control; sales maximization; manpower management & planning & visual merchandising

Ensure strict adherence to all security SOPs

Optimize sales performance and store’s profitability

Achieve boutique’s sales target and drive the team to achieve individual sales targets

Act as a bridge between Management and team members, ensuring all information are relayed in an accurate & timely manner

Attend bi-monthly sales meeting with internal stakeholders

Coordination with Brand agents and internal/external stakeholders

Lead and develop a team of customer-oriented, highly motivated and dynamic employees

Work closely with Management team on recruitment and identify potential candidates/employees for future career development

Analyze sales reports and come out with action plans for improvement

Conduct regular performance check-ins with team

Proactively contribute suggestions for in-store activations and sales strategies to drive traffic and sales to the boutique

Increase own’s market awareness and provide feedback to Management; be kept up to date with the recent market trends within the luxury industry

Ensure the team is well-versed with the Company’s systems (e.g. Business Central, CRM, after-sales)

Coach and mentor employees to improve product and sales knowledge

Ensure in-store training on product & brand knowledge are conducted in a timely manner

Facilitate the sharing of knowledge after each Brand training within the stipulated timeframe

Manage CRM system and ensure as much information are collected from clients

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder

Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in the luxury retail industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent leadership & team management skills

Confident, articulate and possesses excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English (spoken & written) and Mandarin (spoken) to serve Mandarin-speaking clients

Sales-driven and self-motivated

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
