About the Role
As our Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the boutique’s performance, team leadership, and customer experience. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional luxury service and personalised client experiences
- Driving sales performance and boutique profitability through strategic leadership and commercial acumen
- Building strong client relationships and fostering long-term customer loyalty
- Ensuring operational excellence across inventory management, compliance, security, and boutique standards
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with Tudor brand standards
- Coaching and developing your team through performance management, engagement, and ongoing development
- Creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing luxury retail culture

About You
We are seeking an inspiring leader with a passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer service. You will bring:
- Previous Store Management or senior leadership experience within luxury retail, premium fashion, watches, jewellery, or hospitality
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with a results-driven mindset
- A passion for delivering elevated customer experiences and luxury clientelling
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- A polished and professional presentation aligned with luxury retail standards
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with KPIs, boutique operations, stock integrity, and team performance management
