We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a General Manager (GM) and drive the brand’s operational and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee overall business operations, including Sales, Marketing, Production, Merchandising, Retail, Accounts, HR, and Administration.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Strengthen organizational processes, policies, and reporting systems.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory management, and profitability to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
- Prepare and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance evaluations.

- Experience: 5-10 years
