We're working with a leading UK-wide recruitment and talent solutions specialist on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact, fast-paced contract role perfect for a marketing enthusiast ready to drive major brand projects and campaigns across a national network.
As the primary engine of the department, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and execution. We are looking for a proactive coordinator who can jump straight into the action, utilizing tools like Canva, CRM systems, and social media scheduling platforms to keep the brand moving forward.
The Role
- Provide high-level project management support to the Brand and Marketing department during a peak campaign period.
- Seamlessly liaise with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing collateral meets strict deadlines.
- Take ownership of social media scheduling and campaign reporting to provide data-driven insights to the leadership team.
- Spearhead event preparation and internal communications to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Facilitate critical team meetings, managing agendas and tracking action points to ensure no project stalls.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Project Support role with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience managing CRM workflows and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to manage external vendors and agency partners.
- Availability to start immediately and commit to an intense, high-energy 8-week project duration.
