Position Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Associate with a proven track record inbrand, product, and category management.The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for background research and merchandizing but also for marketing strategies to drive sales for the products launched through collaborations and partnerships. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate potential new partners by analyzing market trends and competitors’ partnership strategies to ensure alignment with company’s growth objectives.

2. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging tech to identify new opportunities and best practices in category management and marketing.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify category trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

4. Develop partnership agreements, join business plans, manage GMV targets, including terms of collaboration, and financial agreements.

5. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for cobranded merchandise collaborations and partnerships and ensure the annual GMV targets are met.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, tech, digital marketing, creative, content, and external partners to drive the successful launch and promotion of co-branded merchandise.

7. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to achieve GMV targets.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, and vendors to ensure successful collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.

9. Monitor and analyze partnership metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, do RCA of problems and roadblocks, and make data-driven recommendations for solutions.
