About the Role

Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing discount retailers as a Buyer, with the autonomy to shape your category and drive international trade. You’ll source attractive, sustainable products and ensure shelves are stocked with high-quality, affordable ranges.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your category end-to-end: product selection through to in-store presentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply, planning, quality and marketing teams
  • Monitor store performance, sharing insights and feedback with fellow buyers
  • Travel across Europe (and beyond) to meet suppliers, identify trends and source new products
  • Drive improvements in quality, cost and sustainability (e.g. packaging reduction)
  • Build and execute category plans using financial and commercial analysis

The Team

You’ll join a dynamic Buying team of 50+ professionals, collectively launching over 150 new products each week and managing a range of ~6,000 items. Entrepreneurial thinking and customer focus sit at the heart of everything.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–10 years’ Buying experience (level dependent)
  • Experience in a relevant product category
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating globally
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for trends
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong digital skills, including Excel
