Catalogue Manager Jobs in Gurugram, Haryana, India at EOK GEMS & JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED

Title: Catalogue Manager

Company: EOK GEMS & JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Aanra is a semi-fine jewelry brand launching in North America — quiet luxury, modern craft, priced $100–450, sitting confidently between disposable fast-fashion jewelry and high-commitment fine jewelry. We are a founding team building from the ground up.

While Aanra is a fresh name in modern fashion, our roots run incredibly deep. Aanra is curated in partnership with Amrapali, a name that has defined fine jewelry craftsmanship for over 40 years. For more than three decades, Amrapali’s master artisans have designed breathtaking, custom handmade jewelry for global celebrities, royalty, and the world’s most exclusive red carpets.

About the Role

Aanra is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Catalogue & Content Lead to own and manage our digital product catalogue while ensuring a seamless content experience across our website and marketing channels.

This role goes beyond catalogue management—you will oversee product content, website merchandising, digital assets and content publishing to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the premium quality of the Aanra brand. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations to launch collections efficiently and maintain a world-class online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of the product catalogue across the website and any online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Ensure all product listings include complete accurate information and product attributes.
  • Manage website merchandising, product categorization, collections, filters, and navigation to enhance the customer experience and product discoverability.
  • Maintain SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, metadata, tags and collections to improve organic search visibility.
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams to manage product imagery, videos, digital assets, and marketing content across the website.
  • Manage content updates across the website ensuring all pages, banners, landing pages, and promotional content remain current and accurate.
  • Support the planning, publishing and organization of content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, ensuring creative assets are properly managed and shared with internal teams.
  • Coordinate product launches by ensuring catalogue uploads, website readiness, inventory synchronization, pricing, and merchandising are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Conduct regular catalogue and website audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicate listings, broken links, outdated content, and merchandising issues.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create content for organic social posts and ad campaigns — working from briefs set by the Head of Performance Marketing — in addition to managing catalogue and website content.
  • Write scripts and talking points for influencer partnerships once that program begins.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, catalogue/content management, merchandising, or website operations.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), product catalogue, content, inventory management, bulk uploads, and SEO.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing product specifications and pricing.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury, or D2C brands is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Comfortable briefing or directing photographers/videographers, not just writing copy
  • Some experience writing for or working with influencers/creators
