Duties
- Develop and design innovative seasonal dishes, ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and promote teamwork.
- Coordinate and special events, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize kitchen processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in shift management to ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours.
