Brief Outline Of The JobThe mission of RTW & Shoes MD Associate is to achieve the CHLOE RTW & Shoes category budget to elevate the brand position as a fashion luxury brand in Japan, in alignment with the Maison global and local strategy, and closely cooperating with Merchandising Manager.
RTW & Shoes MD Associate has the responsibility to contribute supporting the growth of the RTW & Shoes business with Merchandising Manager. In addition to contributing the successful product launches and sales results, delivering the message of Maison’s commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-season buying: support the Merchandising Manager in the buying process
In-season management: support the Merchandiser in the following tasks:
Product training preparation
Coordination with VM team on set-up timings
Sales and performance analysis
Product allocation and rebalancing, inventory optimization
Composition information preparation
Follow-up of topics related to quality issues
Markdown preparation
Price change follow-ups
Requirements
Minimum 3 years merchandising experience in Retail industry. Luxury brand experience preferable.
Business level of Japanese & Intermediate level of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot etc.) and Powerpoint.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
