Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Advisor located in Greater London. The Client Advisor will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a personalized luxury shopping experience. Responsibilities include understanding the client’s needs, providing expert advice on products, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the store. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold Fendi's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong abilities in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience or familiarity with handling Insurance-related processes is an advantage
- Proven ability to build meaningful client connections and deliver outstanding service
- A passion for luxury fashion and an in-depth understanding of the industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred
