JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Client Advisor (30hr) for our Armani Store in Lisbon.

Your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.

Fulfil individual and store objectives.

Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.

Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.

Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.

PROFILE

At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales.

Good presence and communication skills.

Passionate about Fashion.

Vocation for customer service.

Proficient in English and Portuguese (other language is a plus).

Residence in Lisboa
