- Develop strong product knowledge across collections and storytelling
- Proactively engage clients through outreach, appointments, and events

Requirements
- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium client-facing roles
- Strong passion for fashion, watches, jewellery, or lifestyle luxury
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
