Job Summary:
Inspect COM fabric for flaws(must be able to lift 50 lb. fabric bolts)
Take photos of flawed material and upload to Pic attachments
Determine if flaws can be worked around
Data entry(edit orders, release orders, and add notes)
Interact with dealers, special accounts and suppliers regarding COM fabric issues
Assist production and customer service with COM and DM requests
Must be able to explain the flaws while offering possible solutions/alternatives to our customers
Must be willing to cross train within dept.
The annual base/hourly wage for this position is reasonably expected to be $17.00 an hour. Factors which may affect starting pay may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus as well of up to 5%.

Requirements:
Desired skills and experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong written, oral communication skills
Basic Math and computer skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail
Extensive knowledge of fabrics a plus
Customer Service experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Work conditions are normal for an office environment
