Essential Duties (Major responsibilities of this position):
• Attracting new mortgage customers who meet credit and market standards Target
• Manage the current customer portfolio for each relationship manager and follow-up with customers to pay a maturity Payments,
annual review and renewal of documents
• Visit existing and potential customers with periodic visit reports
• Study new customer requests with a Commercial credit after verification of all the documents. Required eligibility criteria and
sharing requirements with the client to complete the application study
• Managing the relationship with customers in a way that ensures good sales and growth in portfolios
• Manage and make the most of sales opportunities to measure current and wasted opportunities
• Coordination with other relevant departments to improve the working cycle.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Commitment to implement polarization plans considering market conditions and geographical spread.
• Commitment to apply Saudi Central Bank standards and rules related to commercial lending, as well as anti-money laundering and
terrorist financing standards and rules
• Manage the relationship with customers who are late in paying up to 60 days from the due date.
• Check all documents required in terms of validity, income, financial statements and analysis, documents Ownership, customer
identification, etc. as required under approved policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements/Experience (What is required to perform the essential duties)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• experience in business analytics.
• Excellent excel skills.
• Minimum of 2-year total experience in sales.
• Good in English communication and writing.
• Attentive to detail and organized
