Content Production Support Intern(Content Focused)
Filming / Shooting Secondary Content at Shoots
Shooting BTS and secondary organic content at shoots
Editing video content for stories like celeb wrap ups
Assisting in creation of moving content with Content Lead and external content creators.
Photoshoot Support
Support content lead at shoots on things like printing photos and pinning them to boards for Creative Director to reference during shoots like Styling Day and Look-book Shoots.
Support content lead at shoots with shot list management for On Model shoots to keep track of what’s been shot and what needs to be shot.
Assistance in asset tracking throughout shoot
General production support across shoots to maintain timelines and shot list
Graphic Design
Specifying in text and anything not to do withphotoediting and design.
Content Research and Creation
Pulling of swipe, inspiration to assist in communicating concepts clearly.
Updating Content Master Doc with continued resources like vendor contacts, content creators, inspiration, etc.
Constantly presenting ideas and trends to act upon across channels leveraging platform functionalities (polls, questions, quiz, add yours, etc.) to drive engagement
Assists in “live content” initiatives – twitter, IG stories, TikTok – to create trending content in the moment and on the go.
Internal CollateralSupport
Assists in concept creation and explanation – efficient and deck creation to communicate cross channel ideas
Coordinates ideation and execution across internal departments for 360 consumer centric concepts
Assistance in consolidating and organizing in a deck, the styled looks for on model and marketing shoots, organized by color and with the use of Fashion GPS imagery, referencing the shared department shot list excel sheet with styling notes on full looks. Passing to content head to review with the team.
Assists in coordinating + executing production or collateral for external vendor and event requests (ie flyers, vinyl wall prints, etc.)
