About the Role
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will be responsible for driving the CSR execution for the Global delivery organization. This role involves conducting assessments of NGOs for funding, organizing CSR meetings, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
Developing policies related to ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities
Ensuring a positive impact on local communities and the environment
Raising public awareness of social responsibility commitments
Writing and implementing a social responsibility strategy
Organizing events for employees and teams
Encouraging partnerships with educational or charitable groups
Reporting on social responsibility activities to senior management
Promoting employee volunteering initiatives
Working with marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement
Managing budget and monitoring spending
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Required Skills
+5 years of experience in a CSR role in a corporate setting
Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and diverse teams
Proven effectiveness in driving multi-stakeholder planning processes
Excellent communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Charities and best practices for CSR
Pay range and compensation package
