We currently have an opportunity for a Cosmetologist for our Kendall location.
Job Responsabilities:
– Hair care services such as haircuts and styling.
– Provide manicures, pedicures, and nail care services to members.
– Collaborating with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure treatments align with patients’ overall health and medical needs. This could involve communicating with the Center Administrator, Medical Assistant and or Primary Care Provider of the member.
– Adhering to all relevant regulations, standards, and protocols governing the practice of esthetics within a medical setting.
– Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients by providing exceptional care, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment during treatments.
Education and Experience:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience as a Cosmetologist in a medical environment is preferred.
– Active Cosmetologist License.
Knowledge, Skills and Proficiencies:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong customer service orientation with a positive and approachable attitude.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Empathy and patience when dealing with individuals who may be anxious or in distress.
– Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare staff.
– Ensuring the maintenance of sanitation standards within a medical facility
Schedule: Mornings, Monday to Friday.
