Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
– Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and treatments according to clients’ requests.
– Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
– Utilize cosmetology and barbering skills to create trendy and personalized looks for clients.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional advice.
– Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide high-quality services.
Qualifications
– Must possess a valid cosmetology or barbering license
– Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and color theory
– Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
– Experience with salon software
– Knowledge of sanitation practices and retail sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
