Content Director — Personal Brand & Media (Miami)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Director to lead the daily creative engine behind a growing personal brand at the intersection of luxury real estate and menswear. This isn’t a social media coordinator role — you’ll own ideation, aesthetic direction, and posting strategy across multiple connected brand identities, with the daily output to match.
You will help shape a personal brand while alongside a Miami entrepreneur — a retired professional athlete, real estate broker, and menswear founder.
What You’ll Own
- Daily content ideation and production across Instagram (primary) and TikTok (secondary)
- Daily UGC Content, Videography, Photography, and Editing
- Creative direction for a three-account architecture spanning personal brand, real estate business, and lifestyle/story content
- Posting strategy and cadence with smart repurposing across platforms)
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual standard across every piece of content
- Balancing two audiences at once: a broad, culture-building audience and a narrower, high-net-worth clientele
- Staying close to founder input while independently driving day-to-day creative decisions
What We’re Looking For
- A sharp aesthetic eye and strong instincts for what performs and what elevates
- Experience building content systems, not just individual posts — you think in pillars, hooks, and narrative arcs
- Someone who understands luxury content done right: understated confidence and earned authority.
- Comfortable working across founder-led personal brand content, business/brand credibility content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
- Self-directed — you bring ideas to the table, you don’t wait for a content calendar to be handed to you
- Bonus: experience in real estate, fashion, sports, or founder-led personal brands
