ABOUT THE ROLE
As Creative Marketing Assistant at Aemeralds, you support the Marketing Manager with executing ad campaigns. From creating the creative assets for paid social to analyzing and reporting the campaigns, you’ll help us shape how audiences discover and connect with their music. This role has a strong focus on the creative side and you'll spend a lot of time creating and testing and comparing creative assets.
You’ll join a small, passionate, and dedicated team, taking on a role that will naturally evolve and expand as the label continues to grow and moves into new genres. Your work and ideas will have direct impact on how Aemeralds supports and scales emerging artists, helping to build long-lasting careers.
TASKS
- Create high-quality advertising assets, including photos and videos, for social media platforms.
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Monitor campaign performance and create clear, actionable performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable tools).
- Practical experience with ad managers and paid media reporting.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and visual styles.
- Self-driven, hands-on working style with a high level of ownership
- Ability to work fast, iterate efficiently, and adapt based on performance and feedback.
- Open to feedback with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
