Picker 1.1 (Sunday-Thursday 5am-1:30pm)

About the Role
Fashion Nova Logistics is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Warehouse Workers to join our Picking Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders to ensure timely fulfillment. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Use warehouse technology (RF Scanner/Android device) to execute picking tasks.
• Inspect equipment such as RF devices, pick carts, and totes before use; report any damage to leadership.
• Navigate through the Pick Mod to pull inventory as directed by the warehouse system.
• Apply packaging materials and label items with individual license plate numbers (ILPNs).
• Release full totes onto the motorized conveyor system.
• Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to quality control standards to reduce errors.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse settings preferred.
• High attention to detail and task focus.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
