About the role
This CRM Assistant role will help to develop and deliver Dune’s CRM strategy across various customer touch points which include but are not limited to email, SMS, Direct Mail and in-store. As well as ensuring that all Dunes communications go out as planned, the CRM Assistant will also help to analyse results from campaigns and feedback the learnings into the CRM strategy.

The role will support the business strategy through development and optimisations across BAU, lifecycle campaigns and localisation of content.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the CRM Manager with the day-to-day production of multi-channel communications ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner to the highest standard. This includes, supporting ideas for initial briefs and email requirements, working closely with the Content Team to source the right creative/copy, and assisting in the build process.
Supporting the CRM Manager with reporting, from daily campaign reports to analysing past campaigns and key trading moments to understand the CRM performance.
Assist with lifecycle and triggered campaigns to grow strategic categories and encourage repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with the E-Commerce Team to keep up to date on stock levels and customer journeys on the website, to seek areas of opportunity.
Build solid relationships with cross functional teams in the Digital department.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
An analytical, proactive and flexible approach
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think creatively and commercially
Team player with a can do attitude
Retail/ecommerce experience is a bonus
