Baibe Official is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Wig Stylist + Colorist to join our team in Atlanta. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about hair, confident in custom unit creation, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, salon-ready wigs for our clients. If you’re known for your clean work, speed, and creativity, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Customize hairlines through plucking and lace tinting
Style wigs using curls, crimps, wand curls, and other techniques
Perform custom coloring and toning of units based on client preferences
Work confidently with different lace types and cap constructions
Maintain a quick turnaround while following detailed client instructions
Deliver professional, high-quality work consistently
Qualifications:
Proven experience in custom wig styling and coloring
Familiarity with raw and virgin textures, HD and transparent lace, and cap construction
Strong attention to detail with an eye for finishing
Reliable, deadline-driven, and professional
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team
Licensed Cosmetologist (recommended)
