Reporting to the CI&MC Assistant General Manager, you will be working closely with product categories, retail, e-commerce and consumer experience teams.
Responsibilities
With our customer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
- Lead the development and delivery of research, analytics, and insights, that inform consumer targeting and engagement, consumer experience in retail and e-commerce, product and design development, communication development, brand, sub-brand, business and go-to-market strategies worldwide
- Lead and develop the team to provide consumer perspectives that inform strategy development and to influence decision-making across the organization
- Effectively balance Consumer Insight’s full-service internal research and analytical capabilities with usage of external vendors to efficiently deliver best practice and optimal business outcomes
- Champion the latest methodologies, disruptive thinking and digital enablers that can accelerate our closeness to consumers
- Build productive partnerships with research partners, including new technologies and platforms
- Talent development and strategies to attract, develop, empower, retain and motivate team members. Coach team members to balance a data-driven analytical approach with creative problem solving and effective communications to build trust with stakeholders so that complex issues can be effectively defined and holistic solutions delivered
- Infuse consumer centricity into every aspect of the organization
- Ensure Consumer Insight is known and valued for subject matter expertise, technical excellence, business acumen, strategic mindset and thought leadership

Skills and Experience
- Highly skilled in using data to help stakeholders make tough decisions by synthesizing data from multiple sources, including consumer digital behaviors, and distilling crisp, tangible and meaningful business insights
- Conducted research projects at a global, regional, and local level with experience building and maintaining research partner relationships
- Proven ability in research methodological assessment and quantitative methods. Knowledge in advanced statistics applied in commercial setting
- Deep understanding and demonstrated experience in advanced insight generation approaches, idea generation and consumer co-creation. Demonstrated knowledge of qualitative research skills including focus group moderation and projective techniques
- Demonstrated ability to identify and integrate leading-edge approaches and technology in providing strategy and decision support, with proven experience in database development and model building
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in a market research, consumer insights, analytics or strategy role
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics or a related field
- Full proficiency in English
