The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to engage with our customers across multiple channels, including telephone, email, social media, and Trustpilot.

We are looking for a candidate that will provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers. The role requires exceptional written communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product information
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, e-commerce) to resolve issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or fashion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including weekends or peak retail periods
