Are you passionate about fashion and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team on a casual 2-3 month ongoing assignment with the potential for extension.

About The Role

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with order inquiries, shipping updates, and stock availability across multiple communication channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, website, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with order tracking, shipping updates, and stock and product inquiries.

Provide product information and resolve customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service experience in an e-commerce or retail setting.

Experience with Shopify and Gorgias software or Zendesk (preferred).

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Work Pattern & Details

Location:

Surry Hills NSW

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Duration:

2-3 months (with potential for extension)

Employment Type:

Casual
