Customer Service Representative – Wholesale Apparel Jobs in La Verne at MONO B CLOTHING

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone and email.
-Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, online store policies, order tracking, issue resolution, returns, and general information.
-Communicate with the shipping/ sales department to better serve the customers as needed.
-Confirming PO details with customers.
-Order management – reflecting cancellations, changes in delivery windows, order quantities.
-Provide exceptional customer service to each account by responding to customer’s requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
-Contribute positively to team dynamics.

Desired Skills and Experience:
-Experience with N41 ERP is a plus.
-Experience with Fashion go and Fair is a plus.
-Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
-Excellent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency.
-Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
-Previous experience in wholesale apparel/accessory customer service preferred.

Pay: $22.28 – $27.23 per hour
