Sneaky Link (our in-house brand!) is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Design Production Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the product development process from initial design through to production. You’ll work closely with our design and production teams, helping bring new collections to life while maintaining the quality and fit standards Sneaky Link is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product development from concept through to production.
- Prepare and update tech packs, specification sheets and product information.
- Coordinate samples, fittings and approvals.
- Liaise with local and overseas manufacturers and suppliers.
- Support production timelines and critical path management.
- Organise samples, fabrics, trims and product development materials and make sure sample/design room is always orderly.
- Assist with quality control throughout the development process.
- Participate in garment fittings to support product development and fit refinement.
- Provide general administrative support across the design and production teams.
About You
- Previous experience in fashion design, production or product development, or a relevant qualification.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for fashion, product development and bringing great ideas to life.
- Comfortable participating in garment fittings as part of the product development process.
