Job description: The Opportunity

The main objective of this role is to develop and lead each PUIG brand’s unique digital and media strategy with a 360-degree perspective, contributing to the overarching marketing strategy per brand across Travel Retail Americas.  Through the creation and implementation of a short to mid-term strategy per brand (prioritizing brands and resources accordingly), this role will amplify and elevate our portfolio’s digital initiatives across multiple consumer engagement touchpoints.

 This role will require an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong collaborative spirit, and a hands-on approach.  It will cover our Prestige brands within the PUIG portfolio (Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier) as well as some key projects for our Niche brands (Byredo and Penhaligon’s).

The Graduate Program is 24-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment. It will provide you with a comprehensive induction and training program as well as an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading global fashion and fragrance company.

What you’ll get to do

Lead the 360 digital marketing strategy per brand 

Establish a short to mid-term digital marketing roadmap per brand, aimed at elevating the consumer journey across multiple consumer touchpoints 

Design digital strategies that encompass special brand activations, paid media, PR & special influencer activations, as well as some in store digital content & CRM projects

Drive digital marketing initiatives from creation to execution by collaborating with internal Brand Managers, HQ digital brand teams and Travel Retail commercial teams

Develop assets and creatively propose brand asset development when needed to secure locally relevant and travel oriented content

Formulate paid marketing campaigns including digital marketing and media OOH campaigns

Develop paid media campaigns that contribute to brand KPIs across awareness, consideration and conversion

Work with best-in-class agencies and media vendors to lead paid media plans

Order videos and assets for digital and OOH media campaigns

Create digital toolkit packages per campaign and share e-retail content and product copies with retailer teams

Work on campaign e-mail newsletters and sms marketing texts

 Lead the development of special digital projects for PR/ePR strategies per key launch

 

We’d love to meet you if you have

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or Master’s is a plus.

Relevant digital work experience or experience in luxury related industry is highly desirable

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish

Strong knowledge of social media platforms required: Meta / Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat. X and other social networks are a plus.

Proactive and organized profile with an entrepreneurial mindset 

Effectively skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is desirable.

Strong marketing acumen and analytical skills
