Job Description

The Candidate:

FLANNELSPersonal Shopping team is looking for an exceptional Personal Shopper to join our exciting online Digital Shopping team, full time role based at our Head office location in London 5 days per week.

The candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who knows how to deliver exceptional service.

With a focus on clienteling and client acquisition, the candidate will have the personality to build and nurture new relationships online with a focus on retention, new acquisition and beyond whilst having an always on approach.

Commercially astute and responsive to customer needs, as well as fashion, market and competitor trends, they’ll work to drive awareness of the FLANNELS offering through the lens of New Luxury. A strong communicator, coaching and nurturing team members will be a key part of the role, helping to drive performance and supporting their professional development.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

BuildFLANNELSPersonal Shopping client base, by engaging with existing client relationships and encouraging them to become part of the PS loyalty program, and introducing new potential clients toFLANNELSPersonal Shopping.

Maintain client profiles / relationships driving retention & loyalty through elevated styling edits and surprise and delight comms and events.

Offer expert advice to engage and retain clients across allFLANNELScategories, working with Heads of Personal Shopping to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Ensure timely outreach to new clients utilising available systems.

Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries

Contribute and assist in marketing / partner events as required

Work alongside internal departments to provide feedback on client trends, notably commercial and brand partnerships team.

You will be responsible for achieving your sales targets. You will be KPI & reporting focused, always able to articulate your success metrics and individual target.

Demonstrate the ability to organise and host client engagement activities from your network with the support for Heads of Personal Shopping.

Daily operating of PS POS systems & CRM tooling to support and better the client journey.

Participate in brand training, events and special company promotions

Confidently dealing with internal group divisions, e.g. buying, commercial teams, logistics.

Act at all times as an advocate of Flannels, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across business internally.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3 yrs experience with personal shopping across a luxury consumer sector, with an existing client book (as a plus)

Strong UK & international client connections / acquiring and retaining HNW clients.

Proven previous experience working within a sales target driven environment

Tech savvy – elevated sales attitude to maximise both physical and digital experiences
